Get your tickets to the must-see event of the season! Our students and staff have been hard at work practicing their routines and class numbers in a celebration of the best of musical theater on Thursday, April 25th at the Baha Mar Grand Hyatt Ballroom.


Pre-Show band performance begins at 6 p.m.

Showtime is at 7:00 p.m. 


Special guest performances by local artists including Osano Neeley, Patrice Murrell, Stazzie Appleyard and Windsor School’s Music Academy Band.


Tickets are purchased in advance on a first come, first serve basis at the office (card payments are accepted) or via online transfer to the school’s account. Please email a confirmation receipt to Ms. Nicola with the memo Meridan Show at nicolab@themeridianschool.com

  • April 2 was World Autism Awareness Day where advocates for people with Autism are committed to acting fearlessly for change. In recognition of this day and the entire month of April which is World Autism Month, we hope to promote understanding and celebrate and champion those with ASD by declaring this Friday, April 12 as Dollars for Duds (First Fridays!) Students can come dressed wearing blue (which represents calmness and acceptance) for $2. Accounts will be charged. All proceeds will be given to the Families on the Spectrum Bahamas Group.


  • Term 3 Swimming resumes. Please ensure your child has the correct swim kit and that all clothing is clearly labelled with your child’s name. As the days get warmer, remember to pack sunscreen lotion for your child’s skin protection.   


  • Rehearsal information: Thursday 25th April- Students are to be brought to Baha Mar’s Convention Center between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. dressed in PE kit for a stage rehearsal. Please pack snacks, water and lunch. This rehearsal ends at 1:00 p.m., at which time children are to be collected from the Convention Center. Children are to return to the Convention Center at 6:00 p.m. Please ensure they eat before arriving. It is recommended you pack non-messy snacks and water.


  •  Performance evening information: Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with music by Windsor’s Music Academy Band. A cash bar will be available. The show begins promptly at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Please synchronize your watches and be sure to be seated on time as you do not want to miss the opening.


  • Show time attire: Our costumes have been ordered and will be charged to your account. Opening t-shirts will be distributed to all students in Rising 5s through Grade 6. Costume fees and show night arrival attire are as follows:


Nursery $35 Comfortable clothing, black shoes and white socks

Rising 3s & 4s $35 Comfortable clothing, tennis shoes

Rising 5s & Grade 1 $35 Show t-shirt black pants or leggings, tennis shoes white socks

Grades 2, 3 & 5 $40 Show t-shirt black pants or leggings, tennis shoes white socks

Grades 4 & 6 $40 Show t-shirt black pants or leggings, tennis shoes white socks

 

Children in Choir should bring their Meridian Khaki Bottoms, brown school shoes and a white button up or polo shirt. Please send a bag for your child’s belongings and ensure all personal effects are clearly labeled.
